hmm... nice, but you may wanna think of doing somthing else with the text though its a bit plain and kinda hard to read iff you didn't know the whole "safer" thing...

Add the question mark to make it one-clickable. Change the background and don't do that thing with the "safer" text, makes it blend into the background too easily.

The City 17 looks too much like a brush.

The City 17 looks like it ran through 1001 filters. Very roughly made.
Well, those text by the left, it's better if you make them stand out more. I like your idea, tho'.
