A question about 3DMark03

I've got a trial version of 3DMark03 and it lacks a few tests that the full version has. So does it mean I shouldn't compare my trial version results with the results of someone having the full version? I think the final score is based on summing up the frames, multiplying them by time etc., so if I don't run some tests I get a weaker score? If I benchmark my PC using the trial version will I get a lower score, then if I'd have benchmarked it with the full version?
