A question about my comp background.

A question about my comp desktop.

See the gray background behind the icons. That happen out of nowhere. I turned on comp or finished playing a game dont remember and when i got back to Desktop it was like that. Does anyone know how to fix that? I want it so its default only text clear background.

well that only happens to me when they are all highlighted, you try going into your display properties and messing around? that might work.

I messed around with a lot of stuff. If i change the background color that gray changes to the color i picked. But there isnt a option for clear which is the default. I think there might be something wrong here.

right click on my computer
choose properties
then select advance

choose performance settings

in new list check the option called : use background image for each folder have a nice day sir

Yup its all check still there. This is annoying im going to try restarting again.

and if i may make a suggestion. idk about u but i cant stand a messy desktop. i dont mean any offense but u might want to clean up ur desktop, unless u have everything in a specific order, cuz to me it looks really sloppy. once again no offense intended.

As a matter of fact Im very organized. All those icons i use. And dont even get into sub folders. I know where everything is and i always use it all.

Anyway problems still there and i restarted. This is really frustrating.

ok then, download stylexp,......................use it once then look @ the result.

sory one more think to do is :

go again to the list I gave you the instruction above:

go to the option and uncheck it click ok and exist to the desktop

then do the same thing again but now check the option and click ok and exist to the desktop. Did it work ?

if it worked then the options might be crashed

either way download StyleXP. it helps refreshing the thems.

if nothing worked then get the latest LONGHORN transformation pack 7 search it @ google.com

install it with styleXP enabled at the background and I ensure you 100% it will work

Dude how can i thank you. There was a boxed checked. It fixed the problem when i unchecked it.
