Why does Alyx on the right look like she is asian or something? She doesn't even look like that.

It's a painting from Valve. Alyx is half black, an albino.

Well she looks nothing like that in the game and seems to have a nice tan aswell!!! (I've seen her in 3d)

I have to say it's an interesting bit of concept art, but i prefer the 'actual' version
