A question for hardware guru's

Alright people, I am about to mix n' match and upgrade to this computer.

2 Ghz Intel P4
1G ram
SAPPHIRE ATI RADEON 9800PRO Video Card, 128MB DDR, 256-bit, AGP (4x)

If anyone has a program or computer specs similar to these could you please give me an estimate on what FPS this computer would get in the CSS hardware test?

Oh, and will it show the prettiest water? My current Geforce 3 does not.
