A Simple Question? (Spawning Items)

Here's a chance for you all to show your l33t skillz... can someone tell me the HL2 console command to spawn a watermelon?

or spawn any kind of object be it a car or a headcrab

NPCs are easy enough to spawn (just search for console commands / cheats on google) - but I want to spawn items, specifically the water melon!

I think, as the Watermelon isn't a defined object like guns are, you can't spawn it like that. It's an 'info_physics' or something, with 'watermelon.mdl' as its model path. It saves Valve from having too many different entities.
