i'm playing around with physics and look what i did:

a lock!

-the key

-going to insert the key

-key in and started hiting the lock for it to move

-hehe

-back in place with key taken out and holding tight

the lock works great, i just need to tweak it a little to make it work more fluently. i'm trying to make a spring which automaticaly pushes the lock when the key is inserted, but i cant get the spring to work, hmm...

i just love hamme, you can do so many great things! earlyer today i made a portable button to activate something from a distance, hehe...

Somebody on the VERC forums made a working internal combustion engine, or something, complete with moving pistons and everything.

I like it, but try and make a lock using multiple pins - that's a challenge.

do you mean that explosions go on an of and making the pistons move!!! hell i have to see that!!

make multiple pins, no problem, i wondering how to make a spring that pulls twowards or outward (i think, the phys_spring only works on gravity??), then i'm going to make a door with a lock!

physics are awsome!! there are infinite possibilities you just need to have some immagination

I think a thruster would work, if you triggered it at the right times.

Yeah, it was using times explosions to physically move pistons, which in turn actually - using physics alone - caused a drive shaft to move. Pretty impressive stuff.
