about sounds. Some i can hear, some not

Ok, i know what you are thinking, im not hearing sound IN my head , the problem is here.

I wanna use some environment sounds in my map, winds, some electric devices humming, etc etc.. everything you hear everydays life. U know? But when i try to use those wind sounds, they wont play. I can listen them when im placing them on map. But ingame they wont play, other sounds plays nicely and correctly. So whats the deal with these wind sounds?

I managed to play winds, but only when i apply "play everywhere" from properties. But not normally.
