I found a pc costing 600 Euros that have

2.2 processor,it say core 2 something

3gb RAM

nvidia 8500 512 mb dont rember te rest

is a good PC for games?

I am not good at computers so dont come whit "buy parts and assemble it yourself" thing

Every is fine apart from the 8500. Try buying a PC with a 8800GT or an 8800GTS.

but that 8500 is enough? money is a luxury

also it have vista,is that a bad thing?

I'm assuming Vista. 600 eruo is 1000 US Dollars. You live in South America

Hmmm..Dell?

For exactly 950 US DOLLARS: AKA 600 EURO, a full system

It's enough to run the games but you won't be able to crank the settings up to full without it being unplayable.

The 8500GT is not really meant for gaming. I have one but it is only used as a basic display card. I do not game on that PC at all.
The 8500GT can run older games fine but not really current games. You would have to turn down EVERYTHING to get playable frame rate with current games. If the computer you are looking at had the next video card model up (8600GT) then it would be a lot better.

performance of cards
If you look at the chart below you can see at 1024x768 resolution, the 8500GT pulls in just 30 fps average.
