Accessing CS:S through Steam

Will you have to pre-pay for a hl2 steam package to be able to access cs:s or will it just pop up in the games list?

Well you have to pre-pay for HL2 to be able to Play CS:S, i presume you will get a greyed-out box in the list and it will then ask you to buy HL2.

I guess the information on the purchase-method will be given by Valve any day now. Maybe even today .. Please Valve! We have been waiting for so long.

Valve did mention that there'd be a CS:S only copy available but I expect they'd want to promote the sale of HL2 first of all, so expect to be purchasing the Bronze HL2 package from Steam as a bare minimum initially.
