According to Foxnews: Egypt Assimulates Iraq ...

special emphasis on the "ass" part

someone at foxnews failed geography:

what it's supposed to look like:

how does this happen in the age of the internets, couldnt he have googled before labeling? that would seem like the smart thing to do

So I guess Iraq isn't even in the middle east.

Interesting...

Oh hahahaha stupid conservatives.

huh? it's not on the map according to them. I know the US wtf pwned Iraq but I didnt think they wiped it off the freakin map ..well I guess that would be the best way for fox viewers to forget their troubles with iraq and have a nice big bowl of ice cream

I thought you guys knew Egypt and Iraq have switched places......

We all thought Fox were full of geniuses already, thanks for pointing out this death blow.

Saddam was all, "Hey Mubarak, why don't you shut the **** up and have your country walk a mile in our shoes!?"

And Mubarak responded with disgust, "Maybe after you're dead, we will!"

I still say that's shooped.
ANY OTHER SCREENS?

screens from different angles. screens with people holding placards with the time and date clearly visible ..anything else MUST BE SHOPPED

it's from mediamatters. a fact checking site. I just forgot to include the original url:

Well for the average fox viewer they'd like to forget Iraq ever existed. So this is right up their alley. Plus its not like any Fox "news" viewer will actually notice.

Seriously. No one is actually that stupid.
I refuse to believe it.

I just can't understand this: Wouldn't you double check? I mean, if you've been tasked with making a graphic like that, like I assume someone at Fox News was, and you know it's gonna end up on TV, wouldn't you double check?

I love how everyone is pretending Fox is the only biased, worthless news station out there. They all are. You may as well just stick to places like Slashdot exclusively for news because just about every MSM source is asshatting with facts whenever they get the chance.

I love being a cynic.

Fox News is known for it's well informed pundits and thoroughly researched investigative reporting.

Oh wait, it's ****ing Fox News. We get it, they're useless.

MSNBC is as left as fox is right.

The majority of their pundits are... Chris Matthews(more independent but still liberal), Keith Olbermann, Ed Schultz, and Rachel Maddow.

I often watch their news throughout the day and it's not as left leaning as Fox is right leaning. When David Shuster is anchoring however, it's a different story.

MSNBC is as left as fox is right.

We have a winner! Indeed, MSNBC is as blindly in bed with the democrats as Fox is with the crazy bastards who put Bush in office for 8 excruciating years. People need to turn the cable news pundits off and start to learn actual issues.

It's so damn important to actually explore instead of relying on pundits.

There's a difference between listening to what pundits comment about on the news, and listening to them and being a "dittohead".

I'm independently minded enough that I can listen to news, and ignore all the bias and judge it how I feel about it.

I listen to pundit shows like those on MSNBC because I like entertainment, and it's a lot more entertaining than listening to a boring news presentation.

Besides, I pretty much always get my news well before I listen to what pundits have to say about them.

I love MSNBC, don't get me wrong, cowman. They definitely have more in common with me than anyone over at Fox--I'm just suggesting to the probably hyper liberal majority that regulars this forum that the first place to look for a break from Sean Hannity is probably not going to be Kieth Olberman. They're all great entertainers--hell, I even watch Fox semi-frequently for the comedic value, but it's never a bad thing to promote cautiousness.

To Keith's credit, he typically has the facts on his side way more often than some douchebag like Sean Hannity.

I mean to say "probably not Keith", by the way. I've since edited the post.

Sure, Keith is more sane and probably a better all around person--but he also is pigeon holed into essentially being a cheerleader, even if he himself is probably opposed to something like the Afghanistan surge or the possible degradation of the Healthcare bill into something that essentially gives the pharmicutical companies even more power. He's willing to spout his views on behalf of NBC and the guidelines set forth by a business that benefits from ratings and celebrity style pundits, so it's a little wonky and sensationalist.

So if Egypt is Iraq, and Iraq isn't on the map, what country is on the northeast corner of Africa?

Did any of you hear? The goverment controls everything, so therefore they say egypt is there on that map so it's there on the map end of story:P

The fact you needed to post the second map with the correct labelling shows how thick some people really are.

Sorry but I just cant understand anyone who cant learn even the basic geography of the world. You've got a brain with a massive capacity to learnand store information, you could have taken five minutes out of your school years to learn country names.

But does the Nile still flow through Egypt?

MSNBC is as left as fox is right.

Does Fox "News" give 3 hours each morning to a former liberal senator? And although a lot of the prime time is fairly liberal comparing someone like Rachael Maddow to anyone at fox "news" is a bit of an insult.

They're quite left for a United States cable news network, Stern. It's fair to say they're moderate/centrist on a global / non-knuckle dragging hick scale.

I can say that.

I'm from Wisconsin and stuff, dudes.

So if Egypt is Iraq, and Iraq isn't on the map, what country is on the northeast corner of Africa?
North Korea. The geographical problems in the middle-east are the unwanted side effects of nuclear testing.
