The worst day is upon me.

For some reason or another, I am unable to login to steam, possibly because I forgot my steam password, which I havent logged into in about two months. I've got a load of games in there, everything from MW2 to Half-Life 2..dam

The thing is, I hit "forgot password" and got an email sent to my account, but it's asking me for

What did customer support last reset your passphrase to?

Something I really don't remember having set as an account to. My question was "What school I was from" I am darn sure of it. I have a feeling my account has been stolen..and currently, I am at a loss of what to do..**** man.

Currently, I'm on steam support trying to get it back, but no reply in the last 3 days.

You're not very clear in the process you've followed or what isn't working so I'm struggling to suggest the next step as I'm not sure you've investigated the right methods correctly.

If it is the case that resetting the password you receive an email, and the contact email has not changed it is unlikely youre account has been hijacked as the contact email is usually changed immediately too. From memory resetting a password gives you a random code you need to use to reset the password?

No, it asks for the above secret question, which I do not remember the answer to.

However, I've sent Valve an email with pictures of my products and their cd-keys and hopefully they would reset my password based on this proof.

Didn't they send you the random password in an email? Unless you've deleted it, in which case, you'll have to rely on Steam Support to reset it again, I guess.
