Here are some frequent issues:
Account not activated?
If you have recently signed up to our forums and not received an activation email allowing you to post it's possible the activation email was lost in a spam filter or delivered to your 'junk' folder. If you can't find it then please email me at [email protected] so I can fix it manually.
In-Active Accounts
Accounts are pruned every 3 months - if you do not post or login for that amount of time you may find your account will be deleted. Please ensure you login and visit the forums regulary. If you find your account deleted please feel free to make a new account.
Change of Username
Do not sign up a new account if you fancy a change of name. Give me a PM or email and I'll change your username for you ensuring you keep all your posts and account details.
Clone Accounts
We have a strict one account per user policy here. If you are found with multiple accounts it's possible that all accounts in use by you will be banned from the forums. If you need to create a new account let me know - I can edit any part of your profile or username so that you don't need to re-register.
