Account with deleted e-mail

My friend has a STEAM account with HL2 and CSS etc'.

He has forgot his login details and the e-mail his STEAM account is with, doesn't exist anymore (deleted). So he can't recieve the e-mails.

He has the serial of the games, how can he retrieve his account details quickly? Or even delete the account so he can make another one and use the serials.

Send a mail to Steam with a new e-mail account and tell Valve what happened, along with the remaining information of the old account you have. There is little we can do here.

Yeh your "friend" will have to contact Steam in order to get the details =-/
