Adaptability Issues

Ok ive got a problem of converting an ethernet lead into a jack lead (either a guitar lead or normal small audio lead). Now I know there is a way by first getting an ethernet to USB adapter, and then a USB to jack lead adapter, but wondering if there a simpler way, like full ethernet to jack lead adapter.

Anyone got any ideas?

Why would you want to convert an ethernet connector which is usually meant for data to a connector that is usually meant for audio?

Because I have a VOX amp which can use the VC12 footswitch I brought, but the input in the back of the amp is for a jack lead, and the output from the footswitch is an ethernet.
