Adding stats tracking

I've seen on some hl2:dm servers people are able to see their rank/stats

Can anyone link me to somewhere which shows how to set this up (or alternatively, explain it to me).

epacs is a better stat system imo, but many servers run both as mani lets you votemaps and stuff..
