Adding Support for pound sign

Hi. I would like to ask if you could add suport for the pound sign. there are several of us from the uk and whenever a pound sign is posted it comes up with a ?. Could you please rectify this?

Even if it may be true that if the dollar continues to fall it may one day reach $2 to the question mark, we're not there yet so it would be handy to have the correct punctuation to avoid mass hysteria.

It changes depending on updates of the forum. We had the pound sign for a long time, then it disappeared and a couple of months ago it came back. A recent update has broken it again, so we are hoping Munro will fix it soon (when he next drops by!). And believe me, I find it as annoying as the next person, there are a lot British people here.
