is there a program for counter strike source... where i can kick, ban, change maps, and do console commands without being in the game like CI for MoH:AA,, if so where can i get this... and is there any thing i can upload to the server to help keep hackers out..

And also is there a way to set private clients so when the server is full if you use the private client password you can still enter the game

If a program can do this without you being connected, then there must be a way to do rcon outside of the server. Anyone know how?
