Administrator problem

Well I just downloaded the setup for gametap. It wont allow me to download the software though because it claims "it will only download under an administrator account". Well im a computer administrator sooooo. Anybody have any ideas on what the problem is? Im using windows xp proffesional x64 edition.

Sounds silly, but double check that your user account is an administrator account

the account i use is set to computer administrator,and i even logged on to the actual administrator "using ctr alt del at log on" and cant do it under that either

it only lets you download software through the windows xp administrator account????? that dosent sound right

edit:i just had a thought would gametap work with win xp 64bit you might want to check that it may no be compatible

well i called customer service and just as I suspected, and of course Giant did as well ......its not compatible with 64 bit windows. Im really starting to hate 64bit, 50% of all my software wont work with it o well. CLOSE THREAD

yea its really a waste of money right now well at least until vista comes out
