Advanced skill maps

I for one love skill maps. I just find them so addicting.

Heres the hardest map for demoman jumping I have played. I can only do the first four jumps, and would need hours of practice just to complete the rest. I've only learned how to jump very high or at varying angles, but not to this complexity.

Rocket jumping I find funner and slightly easier. But it can still get very hard. I haven't played this map yet, but I've already beaten the original map, I could probably do this one as well with some practice.

There is also engineer and scout maps, but I find them to be fairly easy and not as difficult as the above videos.

So does anyone else enjoy skill maps?

I'm really bad at rocket jumping and haven't even tried sticky bomb jumping more than twice. I remember I once saw a demoman just take off and jump about 20ft into the air and I was like D=

I find demojumping much easier than rocketjumping and I'm decent at it. But I avoid rocketjumping completely as I always just hurt myself.

Just tried the rocket jumping map. All I can say is that it's a lot harder than it looks. Almost beat the third part, but I got to the point where I was playing too much and had to take abreak.

Sometimes it's so difficult I get really frustrated but then I remember how I'll never use these kind of techniques during real combat situations and immediately leave the game.

Knowing how to rocket jump and sticky jump still comes in handy.

The guy in the above video avoids crit stickies, but they don't do more damage to yourself anyway.

Oh please, I know how to effectively rocket/sticky jump during matches.

The jumps in these maps are just too difficult for nothing, you won't ever witness a use for these in a valve map.
