Yeah, because we all know bandwidth, server space and upkeep of a website are free. I mean hell, us users don't have to pay anything so it must be free for the people that run the site right? I'm sure the HL2.net staff have the ads there just to piss people off and not to maybe help pay for the site. How about writing a check or making a Paypal transaction, then complain.
