So i guess this means the movie will blow. Bummer...I was actually looking forward to this flick. *see rottentomatoes.com

Plus Charlize Theron is insanely HOT in this movie. OMG. So basically, I could care less if this movie sucks. I'll just stare at her ass for 90 minutes. :thumbs:
 
What do you mean not being screened?

It's being advertised in the BG of half the websites I visit.
 
hmm...its release week for this movie....and yeah what do u mean by its not being "screened" ?? do u mean preview shows for media etc?

I meant it's not being prescreened by critics prior to release. Big difference, sorry.

ahhh exactly what i was trying to say.
yeah it happens for some movies...doesn't mean its going to suck tho but it probably will as Hollywood just doesn't seem to get things right.

plus, anyone who likes beautiful women will just go to watch the movie because of Charlize Theron as u pointed out.
 
Its an often-used tactic for a weekend smash-and-grab, in which the reviews all come out late so people go to the theater without knowing that they're not going to like it.
 
It has already been viewed by critics at a festival similar to, if not, the Caun film festival, srry i don't know which one it was. Anyhow, Ebert and Roper reviewed it a few weeks ago( after going to this festival) and they loved it. One of them said it was the most original film of the year, a must see etc.

That's a nice bit of good news. All of the previews I've seen have made the movie at least appear solid.

OMG....no. I can't take it. People will start posting pictures. I'm at work here people. Seriously....IMO....the two hottest women in film today. They're both gorgeous and they can act.....
 
Charlize Theron FTW. Scarletts hot, but Charlize is the best looking woman on the planet.
 
The movie looks ****all like the original series. And it's undoubtedly going to lack bizareness it had.

The only thing that looks appealing is Charlize Theron, and even she doesn't look all that great.
 
This movie has one of the worst trailers of all time. I dont jugde movies by there trailers but this looks to bad.
 
Not sure if I even want to see this movie. Maybe ill go see another movie at the theater since knowing people that work there is awsome so I can get free movies. I'll see it if I feel like going up there or if it gets good reviews.

Anyway it looked good with the website intro, but that trailer really turned me off. :/

Im easily hyped but i also make the right choces almost 88% of the time. I also never regret something. If i go to a bad movie its a oh well feeling. Really dont mind. Same goes for games. 2 games i hated were Pariah and Evil Geniuses i could have returned them but i didnt. Why? Well i felt that its good to have some bad games in the collection, plus i was never much of a returner. Ya i know it might be weird to some but thats how i am.

Oh and if you think i rate games all 100% then you very wrong. Check out all my games and ratings.

I disagree. She's far to hot to even think about missing her in ****ing tight-ass leather.

I agree with the poster above, it does seem to lack the bizarrness that the cartoon had, but I think that was more attributable to the animation style. I also don't think the trailer was showing enough to make that conclusion, so who knows until tomorrow. I'll tell ya though, that needle grass looks ****ing sweet.
 
IIRC correctly, the protagonist died about a thousand times on the show. :|

For some reason I doubt they'll be able to pull that off in the movie.

Tru! As i said i do get excited very easy. Its just i have a huge taste. I dont compare Resident Evil with Closer. I like Resident Evil but not at the level of Closer. Now when i saw Resident Evil i was like OMG THAT WAS INSANE YOU REMEMBER THAT? Etc but when i saw Closer i was like damn HOLY SHIT wow. Both times i sound like im equally excited but its just based on each movie a lone. I rarely compare movies.

Some of my Favorite movies are Closer, Leon, Crash, Shawshank Redemption, etc im a big movie guy and i like a large variety of movies.
 
the good thing for me is that I hav this forum to tell critics

I seriously hope this movie to be good
 
It is. Pretty good plot/twist. Action wise? It didn't have anything in it that made me say "wow..."
