Have you ever warezed, dissed or bad-mouthed a Microsoft product or Microsoft itself in any way?
If so, that might be the reason.
Not really. Well, I did try and egg that one guy.Have you ever warezed, dissed or bad-mouthed a Microsoft product or Microsoft itself in any way?

A Wii. I can't wait for GTA IV on it omfg.VictimOfScience said:I am sorry for your loss. I hope you have a Wii or PS3 to help you cope.
no. they check serial numbers now so you'd have to void warranty screwing with the case. then you can't even get it fixed.
I am not just talking videogame consoles--their electronics are among the best in the world in terms of quality. But yes, every console has had issues at launch. Doesn't change the fact that Microsoft should stick to what they know: software development (not necessarily OS development of course).By the way, Sony sure as hell didn't know hardware back with the original launch of PS2, there were alot of issues especially with the PS2s lasers and disc-read errors.

My launch PS2 had disc read errors, but I was able to open it up, clean the laser, and now it works. Having the ****ing thing brick is a far more serious problem. Right now it's the main reason I haven't bought a 360 and it even makes me hesitant to use my roommates because it would suck if the goddamned thing decided to fail while I was using it.
Instead of trying to sugar coat the issue or allay blame somewhere else ... just admit that it's a pretty big damn deal. As a consumer it's ****ing unacceptable. Only gamers would defend a company that sold them a defective product.
Agreed. I'm also insulted that Microsoft continue to release amendment after amendment in this console. Newer versions with better hardware, HDMI and bigger hard drives. I wonder if kicking up shit will get them to send me a brand new Elite, considering this one keeps breaking.Instead of trying to sugar coat the issue or allay blame somewhere else ... just admit that it's a pretty big damn deal. Kittenkiller, have you taken your daily dose of calmatives?why can't they ****ing fix this shit.
are they retarded? I can just picture a bunch of idiots trying different things that have nothing to do with what is wrong with it.
it's probably the .0000000001 decimal place problem in the processor - the critical math flaw from the 80's processors, and it's trying to divide by zero
jesus. pay a couple billion dollars for someone smart that can fix it and be done with it. this is the most rediculous thing I've ever seen and it will never be lived down or forgotten. 30 years from now.
'AYYYY' Bob. remember we used to play that console the atari 360. god damn what a piece of shit. yah bob, that marked the beginning of the end for microsoft. They just never recovered from the bad publicity after that. they became the brunt of all the internet jokes for the next 30 years. that thing was awesome when it worked though, ay? good times. " I really miss my Sega Dreamcast too." R.I.P.
Say, do you mind if I use your Sony Macintosh for a moment, I just need to check out these holodiscs my wife from Mars sent.
<3 Microsoft. GET IT TOGETHER. It's not funny
