Since I OC'ed my pc from 2.4 to 3 ghz i have had 2 small problems.
I complained about the other one some time ago. Which was my pc restarting 5 seconds after boot up if i plugged my pc completely of the power grid when i had turned it off previously.

I just discovered a new one, and this one doesn't make any sense whatsoever.

If i do particular things like scroll trough pdf files or click my msn messenger button i get very weird noises/ coming from my pc, the best way to describe this would be to compare it one of those plastic thingies kids put on their bike wheels so it makes rattling like noise when the wheels spin.

In any case I checked my cpu usage and ram usage during the noises and it was low. And this doesn't happen for example when playing crysis.

if its sounds like the card with the bike wheel in it then that mean something is caught in one of your case fans

But it only happens when I have particular software applications running!
I can scroll just fine trough this message board, but god forbid I open a word document and it only happens when my CPU is OC'ed.

What kind of power supply do you have? Wattage?

I told you that the first problem is not a problem nor a bug.

About the second, I had something very similar. What I concluded too is that in games the noise pitch had a direct connection with the FPS I was getting ingame. For me this had to do with a switch on the back of one of my speaker amps. I can't remember what this switch did exactly. It might be something to do with grounding. Anyway I'll ask my dad tomorrow and can hopefully provide you with an answer.
