Agh! Help

So here the last few days, i've been extremely tired, sleepy, and have been eating junk food like crazy. :( I was doing good, I started running everyday, was up to around 8 - 10 miles, and had my appetite under control. I seem to have lost my motivation, and my eating habits are slipping :(

Any tips to get myself back into the swing of things? I seriously just want to lose 20 pounds and i'll be happy, but this last 20 seems to not want to come off, I've been busting my ass since last summer, and I've lost 70-80 already, I still have a small "spare tire" but this seems to be the most difficult challenge of all so far, HELP! :)

Same things been happening to me since like last weekend, just suddenly getting cravings for junk food all the damn time and feeling tired earlier on. And last night was the episode of Lost where Hugo is trying to give up his compulsive eating habit, and it made me feel like a fatty :(
 
Well I just thought I'd update everyone, seems i've broken my curse, I ran 10 miles straight today! Thats the longest I've ever went, sorry, i'm just kinda' proud :D
 
Bloody hell, 10 miles? Well done, I could never want to run that.
