AHHH computer trouble

alrighty so i turned on my computer in the morning and worked on it then turned it off properly. then i went to school. then when i got back i tried to get on it and before it trys load windows it says
sorry for the inconvience or something then says something else
then it gives me a listof stuff that i can do ex: safe mode, last known configuration, and it i tryu any of that stuff it just restarts back to the starting screens of my computer

whats up with this

i loaded everythingn properly and everything
