I'm looking to get a good Air Rifle or Pistol and I have been looking around. I was curious if there was anyone who actually knows anything about this type of thing? Hopfully I might be able to get some advice. I'm looking to spend quiet a lot of money on it. But I can't actually find a good website to buy anything from. Whats it like importing items like this? Basiclly, does anyone have any general info on such a thing?

well i do airrifle in college and i would only recommend you get one if your exceptionally good and want to compete
other than that join the local rifle club
you'd be looking for a brand called feinwerkbau
mind they're often more expensive than buying a real gun - €800+

You better hurry up and buy one because the sale of guns in the UK is going to be BANNED pretty soon.

(Thats right, all guns, nobody apart from the police, army and criminals will have them.)

lol your country sucks. We have a constitution, thank you very much.

the way it should be in every country - preferably with the criminals only shooting each other which happens here :D

I think it should be my choice if I have a gun or not, I enjoy airsoft and I don't care if 'Mrs Complainer, mother of three' thinks otherwise, I hate how things are run, the people who whign the loudest get what they want.

I have a large amount of knowledge on air rifles/pistols (and large collection)
I can give you some advice on what you should get.
Firstly though i need to know what you want it for
Useage will determine what gun you should get i.e if you want to do some hunting you want a full legal power .22, for target shooting you want a flat shooting .177

Well, I'm looking to spend around £200 on a rifle. I don't want to get a AEM material one, I would much rather have metal and wood. But this also drasticly increases the price. I would like to use BB's the standard small ones with about 0.22g weight, I think. I also wouldn't mind a scope. The usage of it would pritty much be getting pissed in my flat, mounting it on my window ledge and shooting glass bottles across the other side of the small park area right outside my window.

I'm not a fan of gas, I would profer to have it electric and just chage the battry. Having BBs alone can become anoying, running out of gas would do my head in :P

From reading that it sounds like you're wanting an airsoft gun more than an air rifle, but if I'm getting the wrong idea then this looks good :)

http://www.crosman.com/site/listing/1218

Dont need batteries, dont need gas, just pellets, comes with a scope, metal and wood, and its only around £98 :)

I have no idea how big that park your talking about is... but im sure this will do fine at smashing bottles

Ahh, you want an airsoft gun! And I think you mean .23, not .22. The standard is .2, or .25 if you're using an aeg. You want an electric gun for plinking? I'd reccomend the Tokyo Mauri Ak47. Best hop-up out of the box, version 3 mech box, reliable, etc etc.

get an auto electric airsoft gun. they're incredibly fun.

Thats what I was thinking of getting. But I'm not sure where to get it from. Most places seem very expensive. This coulod be best most places are a rip off or the fact I'm looking in the wrong place :P

Also, I don't really know which are good and which arn't.

You also have many thousands of gun deaths per year, and a president who is quite brainless and possibly not entitled to hold his office due to voting irregularities.

Not that I'm against gun ownership, its the minority of idiots who spoil things for the majority.

Hmmm, honestly I believe that in a perfect world things like guns should be allowed and there should be a lot more freedom to do what you like. But you also need to take into acount 90% of the human race are retards who would most likely just kill each other. The UK has laws which pritty much don't allow any guns at all this is for a very good reason. America is a prime example of how pathetic and stupid the human race is. Take the new laws in Calafornia. Technically if someone attacks you, then your allowed to shoot them and take there life. Infact BBC had a news bulletin about it and how the safty of tourists is at risk. Infact, you could be killed for having a road rage argument or even knocking into someone. Now thats what you call an paranoid country run by economic leaders.

in a perfect world there'd be no need for guns
and why Britons would want more guns in Britain frightens me

say no to guns

hmmmm, lets not talk about the perfect world. Who actually has an idea of where I can buy them at good prices? I'm living in the UK so it would be import or actually in the UK. Also, whats a good model to look at?

Silly Britts cannot have real guns, Muahahahaha.

Wait, can you own .22's?
