Airsoft Help!!!!!

Im trying to fix my usp pistol but i have no idea what to do...
ok problem=Gun will not cock...I can cock it but it doesn't stay cocked therefor lot letting me shoot..i can pull the trigger but i just cant cock it and it recognizes the clip in there because the auto safety doesnt go off...anyone no how to help?

Hopefully i can help cos i have to KSC INGRAM MAC 11's and 2 KWC glocks (and i've played with my friends guns)

Edit: It seems like the spring is not locking when i cock it!

ok, do you know how to strip the slide from the frame?
I dont know what make it is and ive never stripped a usp before so :/
anyway, if the slide comes back but still has the same pressure going foward then the piston catch is not engaging on the sear.
3 things could be wrong
the sear is broken
The sear is jammed down
The pistons catch has broken off (most likely)

Strip it down and look near the back of the frame and slide......you should see if anything is broken.

ok if it strips anything like a real USP (again if i knew the make it would be easier) .......there is a lever on the left hand side half way down the guns frame.......try pulling it out.....if it dosn't move or is moulded in forget it.

It it moves remove the magazine and pull back the hammer then proceed to hold the slide and frame in the left hand (grasp around muzzle) and the pull the lever i mentioned earlier out.
Then pull the slide foward .......if that fails (it probably will cos its not a real USP) try sliding it all the way back...............

If you cant field strip it, its a cheapo one.

Buy a new one, at least it isn't a £100 gas blow back glock like i had the slide crack all the way across the front (rendering it useless) and this was just after the warranty.
Im tempted to by a metal slide for it so i can actually use it.
Meh, at least the glock 18c still works.

EDIT: ah cool you got the slide off.

There will be a bit at the back of the frame that sticks up, when you pull the trigger with will bob down.........if that broken thats the problem.

Or look on the slide near the back.......you will see the piston with a spring half in it half exposed.
On the piston near the front there should be a little rounded tab.......if thats broken thats the problem.
