I guess you didn't read the interview then. It will definitely not play like Max Payne. It's more like a GTA-ish interactive Stephen King novel.

But, when his wife died, he couldn't think of anything to write anymore and has almost been forgotten. He travels to a small town in the midwest and sees a woman who looks like his wife. And, he begans to have horrible nightmares. With these nightmares, he's able to write again but now his nightmares are becoming reality...or are they?


All I can hope for is it doesn't pull a "Secret Window". Or a FFX.

Sounds like Silent Hill 2.

Though I suppose you could argue Silent Hill 2 got it's inspiration from Stephen King also.
