Is that card any good? I know the clock speeds are a little lower than others, but I could always overclock to match the others.

I just wanted to know if this was a good card or not.

I would pair it with this then:

I love MSI. I have had the Neo Plat for a while and a 9800 PRO from them.

How does this hold up?

Or should I go with a lower priced motherboard? I am looking to spend as few as possible with the best quality. Trying to get around $400.

Albatron is OK. You'll be fine with that gfx card. Although I personally would spend a little more ($15) and get this BFG card.

MSI makes some really solid A64 boards with the nForce3/4 chipset. Really well tested with a good support base and tech help too since so many people have these boards. Awesome performance, can't go wrong with them.

I agree with Asus on the gfx card, probably best to go with the slightly better known brand. Also its clocked alittle higher at a small cost. The mobo looks good too, and it is a really good price for that too!

They are pretty much the same apart from the onboard audio and the fact that one is an sli board and the other isn't. I'd say the audio on the sli board would be good, but that doesn't really matter if you use a pci sound card.

I am ordering the Albatron card with the first MSI board I posted. Wish me luck.
