So, my artist name goes by Planet Question Mark. I've worked on music for about four years so far, with five albums. All of it is experimental ambient stuff with a lot of rhythm.

Audio Expressionism I think is my best. 40 minutes or so. You can get it here: http://www.popoki.org/war/index.php?title=Audio_Expressionism

and if you care, there's a remastered working of an album i made a couple of years ago. it's here: http://www.popoki.org/war/index.php?title=Looming_Invaders_(Cut,_Remastered)

comments much appreciated. enjoy! :]

Enjoyed: Sitar, Desert Traveler & Quiverhumping. The others I didn't really like, but I'm not big on the whole abstract ambience thing. The Chilli Peppers sample felt out of place, but that's probably because I managed to spot it and it sort of took me out of the whole experience. Still, really good stuff and I must say, I was suprised. Going to give the remastered album a go through real soon.

Edit: Just got the remastered album. Does the first track (Metalic Dream) use a sample from a KPM record?

Nope. Its a drum sample of A Punch Up at a Wedding by Radiohead.

Also: I thank you a whole lot for listening. There's not many people who will do that for whatever reason. It means a lot to me. Im especially suprised you had the patience for AE if you werent into abstact stuff. Its my most obscure album.

I gave it a listen, its quite interesting, a bit confusing at times.

Well I don't completely hate it, but I'm not really a fan. I've given artists like Nurse With Wound a try, but just not my thing. :)

thankye :D

Core, I also don't think it matters if you notice that riff. It seems to fit fine in my opinion. The song Tabaqui is made almost entirely of samples. I believe sampling can be an art just as well, anyway.

Also, im sure you're all wondering what the song, Dog Hit Radiator was all about. The point of it was to sound like there's almost nothing but having tons of things going on faintly in the background. It was also based off of a dream I had; there was a Merzbow song named Dog Bumping into Radiator, which consisted of 7:15 of a low pitch hum for the entire time. I reenacted that in the song.
