Damn right it does! A Russian based site www.allofmp3.com sells music. You might be thinking that it is another Napster, but this site is far from it! 1 cent per MB. I shit you not. 1 cent. Your basic 4MB song would be 4 cents. It is crazy. As you might expect, Russia has different laws regarding music. So download away! (Some albums are free, but they are not very good. Most songs on them suck.)
