For those who dont know, AVA is a South Korean game released in 2007, but it was recently released for open beta testing in North America and Europe a few weeks back. The game is using Unreal 3 engine and the best way i can describe it is a Counter-Strike 2 meets Combat Arms. Basically its Europe VS Russia, and there are many different gameplay modes including the same one from Counter-Strike but with its differences. The game has certain RPG elements to it as you gather points and level up and get more money to buy new weapons and upgrades. The competitive side of it is very good, especially with a built in clan system. Playing serious matches against other teams is a TON of fun!
If you care to try it out, you need to sign up an account on http://ava.ijji.com/ and then download Reactor http://www2.ijji.com/reactor.nhn (its sorta like Steam). After you have done that, download and install the game http://www2.ijji.com/downloads.nhn
(i know, its a hassle, but well worth it)
The only complaint i have is that the game is unable to minimize and maximize properly which is very annoying when you are setting up a match.
