Which should I get out of those ?? The only requirement really is that overclock 1-200mhz and IT DOESNT ****ING BREAK IN 6 MONTHS!

If both boards meet your needs as far as features then go by cost.
There is no guaranty when OCing btw

I'd make sure the board had Soundstorm, if it was me.

i think soundstorm is a bit overrated. mine(nf7-s) makes weird noises whenever i move the mouse or if the HD caches. only when i have headphones on, but its kinda annoying.sounds like im decoding a radio transmission.

Do your headphones make sound when you scroll up and down with the mouse, mine make a very faint chirping noise. Does it when HDD is loading to sometimes ;/

no just klipsch 4.1 and sennheiser 280pro headphones. out of my speakers i can't hear the noise, but on the sennheisers i can hear very strange things heh

and yea when scrolling i hear noise too

Negative, if you get like headphones anytype and turn up volume about midway you'll probably hear like a faint static like sound. thn when you scroll and type it makes wierd noise. But I use onboard sound so that could be the problem.

I thought I was hearing things at first also but I wasn't. That humming noise was really annoying while I was scrolling.
