Alyx not responding (Anticitizen One)

Here is my problem.

In chapter Anticitizen One, when Alyx blasts door and we must go downstairs to control room, she barely wants to follow me! I've somehow managed to get her to control room, but now she won't hack the computers! She just stands and sometime follows me. I've looked on every door just so I can go somewhere else, but she must hack the computers, right?

I've tried with ai_disable, but it won't work? Is there any solution for this problem?

Try restarting the chapter. Click new game, then select the latest chapter.
