Am I right to think CS:S should just appear?

Am I right to think CS:S should just appear when I load Steam up and it should be under the Coming Soon section of the My Games panel. I already registered CS:CZ with Steam but I don't anything about CS:S Beta as of yet, or is it all supposed to happen when it properly pre-loads for CS:CZ owners on the 16th?

Thanks for the confirmation guys. I already knew that it was supposed to properly pre-load on the 16th (Monday) but with everyone talking about CS:CZ owners being able to see CS:S in their Coming Soon sections, I thought maybe I was doing something wrong.

P.S. Wasabi, don't be a... as you say, "moronmoronmoronmoron"! Unless you want crap back then I suggest you don't hand it out!
