ambiant_generic sounds stoping?

Okay. So heres the deal. On my CS:S map i have an area that is blocked off by a couple of APC's so the player cant go over there. I placed an ambiant_generic sound entity for the engines of both APCs and it works great and sounds great...............until the round ends. Now, i am reluctant to use soundscapes because it seems overy complicated (btw, if its not, can someone send me a link to a good soundscape tutorial?). So my question: How do i make it so that when the round restarts, the ambiant_generic sounds still play? Thanks in advance.
