AMD FX-53 Heatsink + Fan

Arg I order my case and mobo yesterday and other stuff, and newegg said the FX-53 was suppose to be in stock but now they are delaying it a week and I can wait that long so im going with the oem do you guys know any awesome 3rd party fans or heatsinks that could cool it down.

I check newegg and it seems they are out of most of the thermal rights for fxs. I seen the Thermaltake PIPE101, is that any good? Also could someone check newegg for more, I need a fan to go with it. I've heard that the retail version of the fx comes with a longer warenty than the oem version but I also have heard if you plan to overclock the retail fan and heat sink isn't the best for that.
