AMD quad-core clock rumors

AMD had said their quad core parts would be in the low to mid 2GHz range before but it seems the latest batch from the oven can go much higher. Couple that with the new design having higher performance/clock and that can add up.

Hmmm... sounds pretty good, wonder if they'll be able to stand toe to toe with the new Intel ones, especially with Intel going 45nm soon.
