AMD64 2800+ or 3000+

Is there really a difference between theese two processors.
AMD64 2800+ or the AMD64 3000+

The only difference is the 2800+ runs at (9*200)1.8GHz and the 3000+ runs at (10*200) 2GHz. 200MHz difference basicly although one good thing about the 3000+ is the multiplyer if you plan to OC. A CPU that has 10 multiplyer instead of a 9 is a lot easier to OC because you don't have to raise the bus as high to get as far.
Example. If I OC my bus to 230 from 200 and the CPU has a 10x multiplyer then my CPU speed is 2300MHz. If it's 9x then the CPU speed is 2070MHz.

Everything else is the same though.
