Johnny Ramone, one of two surviving members of the original lineup of the Ramones dies of prostate cancer. Joey ramone, the most famous of the Ramones died 3 years ago, and Dee Dee ramone died shortly after that

Isnt' that why they're the greats? They all (for the most part) release great material and then die off (unlike the old farts who release 30 albums over a career, most of which sucking like a grandma with no teeth).

That was the first time that I had heard of them, and ever since them I have come to recognise them for their work.
