an idea im throwing out in the sky

ok so ive been thinking of a skin and also it would tie in with a mod my friend and me probably will start working on once we get hl2, but for the gravity gun weapon the model would work like this. You slide off the existing glove you(gordon, sliding it off would consist of twisting at the wrist and than pulling up) are wearing and than putting on a glove that has a combine elite shiny look to it but anyway, you slide this glove on and than you look at an object and once you try and pick it up with the "gravity stuff" it opens about 5 vents on each finger and a blue aura comes out of them the item comes flying toward your hand and once it gets close you close your hand. when you want to launch the object at someone you thurst your arm in that direction and open your hand and the object goes flyin and the vents close and it goes back to normal.

yes its an anti gravity gauntlet, and that didnt stop the gravity gun from picking up objects larger than its self... and than again it is a gravity gun so.......

there shud be a limit to the size that can be picked up ..
what wud be the purpose of the glove ? when it does exactly what the grav gun does ?..
i dont think u cud expect a glove thats smaller than the grav gun to launch things at a higher velocity .....it wud be nice to pickup things ....but as u described the glove its only for launching not using .....wud be nice to say pick up a gun thats in the line of fire...havent played hl2 btw

would look pretty cool tho! nice blasting effect and such.

you could also make a nice upgrade item for it, that you can put on the back of your glove and the aura turns read and now you can lift people up with the alternate button and the primary button makes the hand into a fist (the vents go wide open and red aura leaks into the air) and the people you are raising in the air starts screaming and their back breaks or he starts going into epeleptic shock and he simply implodes

dor have i played hl2 MUCH but the glove would do the same as the gun but just have it be a model not some mod but as i said im working on a mod with my friend.....

Yeah about your attachment idea it would be cool for the MOD but for regular HL2 no because you would have to re work the whole system, and that would be a major pain in the ass so not for just HL2 but for my MOD I'll take it into consideration.. but anyone think they would wanna give this a shot????
