It is probably not vital to your machine
Does it start automatically with windows? If it does, you should uncheck it in the startup tab of msconfig and see if all works well without it...

Yea i just did a couple searches on it, the only one with an actual reference in english to what it was got the answer deleted.
It's a conspiricy! And bablefish doesn't translate enough languages to understand any of the other ones. They looked like german but when i tried german to english it didn't change anything.
