And a thousand wallets wept

Ok....

Ok....

Why can't I just keep my money? I already have far more games than I could contemplate completing barring a month long vacation and several gallons of concentrated caffeine.

Lucky for me I think I will dodge this one.

This is horrible.

For serious though, is this game good? I wanted to compare it to Arma 2

Probably the best simulator game I've played on console. But Arma 2 is far superior on PC. (At least from what I've seen/heard)

So if I have Arma 2 is there really no reason to get this?

Exactly.

I'd only suggest it for Xbox/PS3 if you're tired of CoD/MoH. But even then, you have Arma 2 on PC.

Then you never played OFP Elite on the XB1, it was actually developed by BIS and was far superior to OFPDR.

It was basically an enhanced port of the PC version, sadly it was received with lacklustre reviews by the console-journalists when it came out in 2005.

Also, ZT, if you have ARMA2 there is no reason whatsoever to get this, at all. I own OFPDR so I know.

Its nothing like ARMA 2. I've played both, and Dragon Rising is like a halfway point between Arma 2 and COD, leaning more to COD. It was moderately fun, but certainly not a game deserving the Operation Flashpoint title, as it doesn't have even remotely the same sort of gameplay.

Though I didn't finish it...

Pleased with the people in this thread.

Looking forward to the next sales!

That I have not. Didn't really play many shooters/military games on the original xbox.

Edit: Directed at Gargantau, apparently I didn't hit reply with quote :/

Eh, worms reloaded is pretty broken. (crash when trying to play online). At least for me and some others I know.

So these daily games have been some crappy ones so far.
