Angel's Slaying Weapon?

Ive looked all over the internet and without the name of the damn thing im going nuts.

In many of the episodes and even in the intro him or coner attach these stakes to their lower arms by lashing them their with leather. They flick their hand up and out pops a stake.

Im trying to find pictures and or diagrams of this thing.
