Animated spray paint? rar

I downloaded some sprays but its in the .rar format, i tried to get it to work in the game but not working. anyone know what i need to do? I searched, but no luck. Thanks in advance

and then what? the file name is ***.rar why would i need to re-format it to .rar? do i need to do some .vtf conversion??

nm i discovered its like a winzip thing, now im just opening it up and see how i can get it to work
