Eh? I don't think it's drawing on top of real footage Stern.. the guy is an artist.
It's not like it's fully animated. Just these single frame sprites moving around a bit, with more effects.

Then your missing the point.
He's putting us through the mentality of a US soldier. It's interesting, thought provoking and re-affirmed my anger at the whole ****ing situation.
