yes indeed, the belgian magazine pcgameplay has given half-life2 the game of the year award too, and it was also chosen as best game by the readers of the magazine!!!!!!! :thumbs:

Yep I agree because f*cking Halo 2 doesn't deserve any game of the year awards. Halo 2 stole them from HL2. It is seriously just another run and shoot game. Nothing new at all. Same as Halo. Not very fun either.

I think it's remarkable how many awards HL2 is getting, anyway. Against such incredible competition in what could be the biggest year in gaming history, it still came out on top. Hells yeah!
