Set into the 15th century You play a 17 year old boy who’s father, mother, and sister are all part of this circus. One night as your family is traveling through the woods, you get ambushed by a group of bandits that try and rob your parents of the money they made last night at a show. Your father and mother get killed and one of the surviving three bandits, you fight and kill. After the mess you and your sister start to dash in shock of what has just happened and do not stop traveling until you get to this town and report what has happened. They just tell you that it was an unfortunate incident that you just have to accept. So now as your parents are dead, you are forced to become a thief to take care of your 11 yr old sister using your athletic skills. You start out as a pick pocket them you advance(3 levels later after just stealing and learning how to control your character) the plot starts to unfold. After you learn the basics you begin to make friends with fellow thieves and gossipers who begin to talk about a witch that uses her “magic” to kidnap young girls and sell them in Europe. They tell you that they have heard of a nearby town being caught in this mystery and are viciously trying to track the girls that were stolen from there. Well, one night of thievery, you return to see your sister gone, and begin to hear nearby parents screaming, and town knights on horse back conducting a huge search. You then take off your thieving clothes to look normal and rush down stairs to talk to a knight. He tells you ’The Witch” has just struck the town, kidnapping young girls and they are looking for them by doing a door-to-door search. You then go off searching for some fellow thieves for some news and begin your journey to search for your sister and find out that she is not REALLY a witch but just a crazy lady who uses peoples imagination to create this legend of a witch to scare people and that some of the high politicians the towns are in on it trying to make some extra profit. And so you go off on your missions to spy, steal, and track down this witch. By getting gossip from fellow thieves and bribing politicians for info. :smoking:
