another newegg story

so i did another order only this time i got a keyboard as one of my items. that illumiates. but on the back u need batts but there is no metal for the batteries to touch and the flop around in there. so i belive they forgot that part of the keyboard, otherwise it works nice im typing this with it. so i call newegg and they give me a number to call and the person that answers at this number says they have noting to do with keyboards so i call newegg again and the ladie goes, "we will just refund you the money adn u can reorder the keyboard if u want and keep the old one."

thats what they did with my wireless access point, only nothing was wrong with it i just didnt want it anymore lol... i feel kind of bad about it, they are one of the last honest companies out there.
